We were approached by Jon at The Kings Arms Hotel to take a look at the hotel's website content in order to boost SEO and improve the hotel's local web presence. We were also asked to provide Social Media Strategy/Content Schedule as well as Social Media Training for Jon and his staff.
What We Did
Working with The Kings Arms existing Wordpress website, we systematically worked on every page and post to ensure that each one had specific keywords placed within the content and all necessary SEO Metadata was present.
Once we had optimised all website content, we moved on to building a robust Social Media Schedule that focussed on The Kings Arms' key unique attributes, events calendar, restaurant and accommodation services. We also build a schedule that included local events in and around Abergavenny, helping to a) promote local businesses and events and b) establish The Kings Arms as a business that is 100% up to date with the local community.
Having delivered a Social Media Schedule and Strategy we spent a bit of time with Jon and his staff and provided training on: Necessary Social Network's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest) , Scheduling & Monitoring Tools, Optimising Content for each Social Network and Creating Engaging Blog Content.
The Kings Arms Hotel has seen a great improvement in their Search Engine Ranking and online presence in the local community. Their Social Media presence has increased with a high rate on engagement and interaction with their new content!
